- Knitting on 70 computerized flat knitting machines, 3G to 14G, at our own factory in Dalang, Dongguan — see our manufacturing capability.
- Minimums start at 50 pcs per colour and size; samples take 3–7 days and bulk production 15–45 days depending on yarn and season — full MOQ and lead time terms.
- Yarn checks, inline inspection, measurement control and final audit are handled by an independent QC team — how our quality control works.
- Certificates for supplier review, including OEKO-TEX, amfori BSCI, GRS and TÜV reports — certifications and compliance.
How the Order Runs
A vest programme runs as: silhouette and armhole review, yarn and gauge confirmation, first sample in 3–7 days, fit and layering check, pre-production approval, then bulk with armhole and neckline inspection. Custom Sweater Vest FAQs
What is the difference between a sweater vest and a sleeveless knit top?
A sweater vest is built for layering over a shirt, so the armhole is deeper and the body is roomier. A sleeveless knit top is worn on its own and follows the body more closely. Both are knitted here, but the blocks are different.
Can you knit argyle and other patterned vests?
Yes, through jacquard and intarsia knitting. Pattern placement is proofed on a knit-down first so scale and colour position can be judged before the full panel is knitted.
How are armholes and necklines kept stable in bulk?
Rib tension and linking are set at sample stage and checked during production, because these two edges show any inconsistency most clearly on a sleeveless garment.
Do school and uniform vest programmes get the same terms?
Yes. Repeat uniform programmes usually lock the yarn and colour in advance, which makes reorders faster; minimums still apply per colour and size.
