- Minimums start at 50 pcs per color and size; samples usually take 3 to 7 days and bulk production 15 to 45 days after sample approval, depending on yarn and season (full MOQ and lead time terms).
- Yarn checks, inline inspection, measurement control and final audit are handled by an independent QC team (how our quality control works).
- Certificates for supplier review, including OEKO-TEX, amfori BSCI, GRS and TÜV reports (certifications and compliance).
How the Order Runs
A knit dress project runs in this order: silhouette and length review, yarn and drape trial, first sample in 3 to 7 days, fit session on a form or body, size set approval, then bulk with measurement checks after finishing. MOQ, Lead Time, and Production Support
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per color per size. Samples usually take 3 to 7 days, and bulk usually takes 15 to 45 days after sample approval. Style complexity, yarn type, silhouette development, dress length, gauge, color quantity, and production scheduling decide where a project falls in that range.
We confirm the arrangement for each project from the actual garment structure and order requirements.
That helps buyers plan around launch timing and seasonal calendars, especially when a project has more fit-sensitive or design-led details than a standard knitwear style.
Custom Knitted Gowns and Maxi Dresses
Floor-length knitwear is a different production problem from a short dress: weight, drape and hem stability all change once the body gets longer.
Length and hem stability
Longer bodies pull down on the hem. We plan yarn weight, stitch density and hem finishing together so the gown keeps its length after washing and hanging.
Drape and pleat control
Pleated and flared gowns need the right gauge and finishing route, otherwise the pleats flatten in bulk. Trials are run before the size set is approved.
Fine-gauge evening styles
Slip and column gowns in fine gauge show every tension fault, so we check yarn lot consistency and knit tension before the body is linked.

Can you produce floor-length knitted gowns?
Yes. Long knit dresses and gowns need extra planning for weight, hem stability and drape, so we run a length and hem trial before the size set is approved.
Which yarns work best for knit dresses?
Viscose and silk blends for fluid drape, cotton and Tencel blends for spring and summer, wool and cashmere blends for autumn and winter sweater dresses. We hold 100+ yarns and 200+ color cards for selection.
How do you control stretch and recovery in a fitted dress?
Stitch density, rib placement and finishing are set at sample stage, then checked again on the size set. Bodycon styles are reviewed after wash to confirm recovery rather than only measured flat.
Can I order one dress style in several colors?
Yes. Minimums apply per color and size (see MOQ and lead time), and lab dips are approved before bulk yarn is dyed.
