Production Standards Behind Every Custom Pullover Order

- Knitting on 70 computerized flat knitting machines, 3G to 14G, at our own factory in Dalang, Dongguan. See our manufacturing capability.
- Minimums start at 50 pcs per color and size; samples take 3 to 7 days and bulk production 15 to 45 days depending on yarn and season. Full MOQ and lead time terms.

How the Order Runs
A pullover project usually runs as: specification review, yarn and gauge confirmation, proto sample in 3 to 7 days, fit comments, pre-production sample sign-off, then bulk knitting and linking with inline checks. What neckline and gauge combinations do you knit most often for pullovers?
Crew, V-neck, mock neck and half-zip pullovers in 3G to 14G. Heavier gauges suit chunky winter programs; 12G and 14G are used for fine-gauge layering pieces where the shoulder line needs to stay clean.
Can you match a pullover I already sell?
Yes. Send the garment itself if possible. We measure it, identify the yarn type and stitch structure, and knit a comparison sample so you can judge handfeel and weight against your existing supplier.
How do you stop pullovers growing or shrinking after washing?
Yarn is tested before bulk, wash and dry settings are fixed at sample stage, and measurements are checked after finishing rather than straight off the machine. See our quality control process.
What should I send for an accurate pullover quotation?
Target yarn or handfeel, gauge or a reference garment, measurement chart, color count, size breakdown, label and packing needs, and the quantity you plan per color.
