PP Sample Approval (Locks the Standard)
You: Approve size, color, trims, workmanship.
We: Seal PP to ensure "PP = bulk".

Bulk Production
You: Confirm PO details.
We: Start bulk with capacity planning (70 machines; ~150k pcs/month).

Inline QC
You: Receive updates at checkpoints.
We: Check size, clean appearance, consistency and workmanship.

Final QC + Rework + Packing
You: Confirm packing requirements.
We: QC → repair if needed → pack to spec → prepare cartons.

How We Lock "PP = Bulk"
Eliminate inconsistency fears. Sample making takes 3–7 days. Once approved, the PP sample locks the standard for:
- Measurement points + tolerances
- Yarn/fiber + stitch structure
- Color confirmation
- Trims (labels, buttons, zippers, etc.)
- Packing requirements (bag, carton, labeling)
QC Control Points
We focus on stable quality and clean appearance—especially what impacts sell-through and returns.
- Measurements & size consistency
- Appearance (clean finish, neat details)
- Loose ends / repairs
- Color/shade consistency (across sizes)
- Hand-feel & workmanship
- Trims installed & Packing accuracy
Team Support: QC team 20, ironing 8, packing 6, design/tech 6 to ensure consistent execution.

- Yarn & Color: 100+ yarn options & 200+ shade cards. We match based on your info/reference.
- Core Stitches: Single jersey, ribs, cables, jacquard, intarsia, pointelle, links, full cardigan, moss, double jacquard.
- Craft Options: Embroidery, hand-made crochet, digital printing, beads, tie-dye, old-washed effects.
No Tech Pack? Provide this minimum brief:
- 2–3 reference photos + target fit
- Target yarn feeling (soft/warm/light)
- Quantity by color + size ratio
- Logo/branding needs
