Quick Fit Check — Are We a Match?

You’ll get the fastest, most accurate quote if you can answer these 3 questions:

Design Specs
Do you have a tech pack or reference photos (front/back/detail)?
Target Quantity
Do you know your target quantity (by color + size ratio)?
Delivery Window
Do you have a target ex-factory date (or launch window)?

How MOQ Works (Clear & Practical)

Understanding the variables that dictate minimums.

MOQ is calculated by:
Style × Color × Size Ratio
(How your order is split across sizes)
Reference MOQ: 30 pcs each size per color.

What this means in practice:

More splits = higher total minimum.
More colors and more size splits generally increase the minimum workable quantity.
Complexity matters.
Complex stitches/crafts or special yarns may require a higher MOQ to keep consistency and efficiency.

Lead Time Overview (What to Expect)

Clear timelines for samples and bulk production based on typical order sizes.

Sample Lead Time

3–7 Days
Sample Making (Production Time)
Typically 3-7 days, though high complexity may extend this slightly.
5–10 Days
Courier Shipping Time
Usually 5–10 working days to your address (carrier and destination dependent).
Most common reasons timelines extend:
  • Custom dye or special yarn sourcing
  • High-complexity jacquard/cable/embellishments
  • Peak season capacity constraints
  • Extra sample revision rounds (after first sample)

Bulk Lead Time by Quantity

Below are reference production ranges (final schedule confirmed after RFQ and PP approval):

Bulk Quantity (per order) Reference Production Lead Time
< 500 pcs ~15–35 days
500–1,000 pcs ~25–45 days
> 1,000 pcs By agreement
(based on style mix & capacity)
Tip: If your order includes multiple styles or multiple complex stitches, share the breakdown—multi-style scheduling is different from single-style runs.

What Impacts Price & Lead Time

To quote accurately (and avoid change orders), we confirm these variables early in the RFQ phase:

Yarn / fiber (custom dye?)
Gauge (fine to chunky)
Stitch complexity
Crafts (embroidery/wash)
# of colors & size ratio
Trims & private label
Packaging requirements
Shipping terms (FOB/CIF)

Why 50 pcs and 500 pcs Can Take Similar Time?

This is one of the most common questions in knitwear production.

Short answer: Production time is driven by line setup + machine allocation, not only the unit count.

For larger orders, we can often assign more machines in parallel. Smaller orders may have limited machine allocation and still require the exact same setup steps—so the calendar time can look similar.

What you can do to speed things up:

  • Keep yarn/fiber and colors simple
  • Reduce stitch/craft complexity
  • Confirm PP earlier (PP locks the standard)
  • Consolidate colors or styles when possible

Peak Season Planning — Avoid Delays

Season reference: off-season Feb–Jul, peak season Aug–Jan. To reduce risk, it’s recommended to place orders before September when possible.

Peak-season best practice: Pre-confirm yarn and key colors · Approve PP as early as possible · Build a buffer for shipping during holiday periods.
